Focus on what God has given you.

Master what God has given you.
Jesus used examples a lot in His Holy word, so
I just felt in my Spirit to share from mine own life experiences today, you can call it {Bobbie's wisdom guided by the Spirit of God} while in school you have to finish kindergarten, to go to 1st Grade, graduate 1st grade to go to 2nd etc.  Life is learning and taking the time in the process to commit the time patiently to study, gleam, and hopefully commit to memory that which you have learned and to incorporate it an apply it to get promoted, such is the Kingdom advancement. People are in to much of a hurry in this generation of instant everything, instant success, instant gratification, well sorry to say unless it is God's desire to do a instant work on you, and release you into your gifting's, it isn't going to happen folks. Alright back to me, when I finished high school, I went to collage big difference, there the professor would walk into the room write on the board what to read, what is to be done before next class and walk out! What?, because when your at that level they don't teach they expect you to go seek and learn for yourself. It's time to grow up church spiritually, and mentally.

God has given us His instruction via His word the Bible, Jesus the example how to live it daily, and the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth.  Got it yet?  We cannot expect instant anything, you've got to start small, with what He has called you to do, be faithful and dedicated to advance above where you are at spiritually today, commit spending time with God, the key is patience with the process.  Everything that God wants and desires for you to be is already inside you right now. Their our gifting's inside of you ask God to direct you on how to use them for His Glory.  Do not despise the day of small beginnings the word say's.
Many Christians today have low self esteem, they desire crowd esteem, so they think if they get their gifts operating and run with them, people will like them so maybe in turn they will like themselves, wrong, you got to love God and yourself first, take time learning your gifts and how, when, and where to use them, His Holy Spirit will help you with that, then you will become excellent in what you do and find greatness when you manage the little things patiently. The reason your not getting the promotion from God is you neglect the practice, you are to enthralled with the adulation or applause of others opinions of you and your talents as though you are special in yourself, and you leave God out of the equation, do not neglect learning patiently and giving attention to the responsibilities of what you got now, their are something's that only experience can teach you until you pay your dues by studying, praying, seeking, knocking, listening, loving, forgiving, trusting, etc...  You have to Focus on what God has given you today to do for Him. Please do not venture out untrained, or grow impatient, or weary.
Do not try to run with the horses, if you complain of being wearied with the footmen. Jeremiah 12:5.

All my life I have been taught Patience's and I am almost 55 years old, so life lesson for you is Wait on the Lord to promote you, not man, or woman.  We have been given our talents and do not try to run with them unlearned to rush the process, for God knows what lies ahead and He has to direct you daily, for your own safety.  The Word says study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman {tested by trial} who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth.

God wants us to be up and about His business,
also He will call you to do something where you will say Lord I cannot do this without You.  Surprised?
